East Bridgford Parish
Council is not a planning authority and, as such, does not
make final decisions on planning applications - that is the
responsibility of Rushcliffe Borough Council.
The Parish Council is a statutory consultee and receives details of planning applications relating to the village for comment. Where possible, applications are considered at full Parish Council and/or Planning Committee meetings and the Council seeks to influence planning decisions to the overall advantage of the village.
